Bukhara Stag in early summer, antler growth in velvet, some winter coat remaining to molt out on his flanks. Bukhara are a sub species of red deer, occurring in Central Asia in Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan. Numbers were declining and the deer remains as vulnerable on endangered species listings.
